PayPerPost - Are they “I Power Blogger” ?
Hey all,
Have you heard about the latest buzz on the net? Its about a site called payperpost.com , which actually PAYS you for blogging! How fuzzy can you get???
Rumours are flying about its creator Ted Murphy, who also runs the famous Commission Junction. (they provide ads on blogs : use the referrer id “neogarfield”)
We have just discovered evidence which points to the fact that Google Inc. might actually be PAYING Ted Murphy to run PayPerPost. For one thing, the style of writing all over PPP is quite similar to the writing all over Google - absolutely serious with loads and loads of humour + sarcastic comments and posts. Another thing is that so many people came to know about this site, and are using it already! How could this happen without the active support of the world’s best search engine?
Also, such an insane and innovative brilliance could arise from nowhere but Google Inc. Palo Alto headquarters. Of course, we all know about the story of Google Pops
Last day, I met a guy on Yahoo! chat, who claimed that he was the agent of Al Qaeda and he was the one financing PPP. I had half a mind to report him for reckless humour, when I realised that “he” was nothing but a Google Bot deployed on Yahoo! to track and record the weaknesses of Yahoo! chat rooms.
Is PPP another plan of the innovational Google, the first people to introduce Pay Per Click? But if yes, what is Google’s gain out of PPP? What has Google, the $20 billion internet giant, to earn from nickels earned from PPP? We believe that Google has introduced PPP to beat back the 3rd party marketers who have combined Google Adsense with Blogger, and taking a part of the blogger’s profit and to increase Blogger.com’s popularity. This is a daring new move to uplift the falling visitor count to www.blogger.com . The fact remains, more people are going after WordPress lately. But Blogger.com couldnt do anything - they just didnt have enough ideas. So they appealed to their mothership, uh mothersite, Google. And Mr. Google came out with this innovative and shocking method - PayPerPost, and Google made Mr Ted Murphy their scapegoat, uh, PayPerPost CEO
We at BlogForPeace are waiting for PayPerPost to put up a button - “I Power Blogger”
Thus, PayPerPost rules, with a newly established international audience, and already 2 members having more than $1000 earnings
By the way, if at all you’re going to sign up at www.payperpost.com , dont forget to mention “neogarfield” as your referrer
PayPerPost ||| put ads on blogs ||| click to visit the site
Thats all for now, keep tuned to BlogForPeace
NOTE : This post is a work of pure fiction, and artful imagination of the author. This is probably not true, but of course, it IS a conspiracy theory
Any co-incidents, living, dead, or dying in a 3rd class hospital in Uganda, are purely accidental. PayPerPost is copyright PayPerPost, Google Inc is copyright Google Inc, and Al Qaeda is copyright Osama Bin Laden. This post is copyrighted by BlogForPeace. If none of the above works, could you just imagine this post as a figment of your imagination?

Pope lands in jihad row
Regensburg (Germany): Pope Benedict
XVI has stepped into the controversy over Islam and violence during a
visit to Germany, citing historic Christian commentary on holy war and
forced conversion.
In a speech at the university where he
once taught theology, Benedict made an unusual reference to jihad, or
holy war -— a concept used by Islamic extremists in an effort to
justify suicide bombings and other attacks on the West.
Benedict’s speech was about faith and
reason, and how they cannot be separated and are essential for ”that
genuine dialogue of cultures and religions so urgently needed today.”
The German Pope quoted from a book
recounting a conversation between a 14th century Byzantine Christian
Emperor Manuel Paleologos II and an educated Persian on the truths of
Christianity and Islam.
”The emperor comes to speak about the issue of jihad, holy war,” the pope said.
”He said, I quote, ‘Show me just what
Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil
and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he
preached,”’ he quoted the emperor as saying.
Clearly aware of the delicacy of the
issue, Benedict added, ”I quote,” twice before pronouncing the
phrases on Islam and described them as ”brusque,” while neither
explicitly agreeing with nor repudiating them.
”The emperor goes on to explain in detail
the reasons why spreading the faith through violence is something
unreasonable,” Benedict said. He did not relate the Persian scholar’s
response to the emperor.
”Violence is incompatible with the nature of God and the nature of the soul,” the pope said.
The Vatican spokesman, the Rev. Federico
Lombardi, said the pope was not giving an interpretation of Islam as
‘’something violent” although the spokesman said the religion contains
both violent and non-violent strains.
Benedict did not touch directly on the
current controversy over Islamic extremism, although it is an issue he
follows closely with concern. In Cologne, Germany, last year he urged
Islamic leaders to take responsibility for their communities and teach
their young to abhor violence.
Last week, he told a gathering in Assisi,
Italy, of Christian, Muslim and Jewish representatives that no one can
”use the motive of religious difference as a reason or pretext for
bellicose behavior toward other human beings.”
Benedict will make his first visit to a Muslim country in November, when he is scheduled to travel to Turkey.
