Payperpostbluemonster Puzzle No. 18

Hey all,
Puzzle No. 18 of the payperpostbluemonster puzzle. As I said earlier, PPP has some big secret project under the works, named the Blue Monster. Hints have NOT YET been given, but many people have already posted about the puzzle ideas in their blog, and many people are spreading rumours. So heads up!

But, watch out, ‘coz the first person to assemble the entire puzzle gets paid $500, courtesy Pay Per Post, right into your PayPal! So get that Photoshop running, and stay tuned to BlogForPeace and Technorati! Oops… I gave out a hint
