Hmmm….. Amma’s dream…

Hello all,
    First, allow me to apologise, since I have not been very frequent in my postings for the last couple of days… And I wont be, for the next couple of days… Its due to my exams… The last lap of my educationary life ;)

    Anyway, today, I’ll introduce you to Mata Amritanandamayi. She is a humanitarian and a human rights activist. You might have heard of her… She’s one of my role models, or rather, my heros… I’m an avid fan of Amma(she’s called “Amma” by her devotees).

    I’ll tell you more about her in the days to come… For the time being, I’ll tell you what her dream is…

“Everyone in the world should be able to sleep without fear, at least
for one night. Everyone should be able to eat to his fill, at least for
one day. There should be at least one day when hospitals see no one
admitted due to violence.
By doing selfless service for at least one day, everyone should help the poor and needy.
It is Amma’s prayer that at least this small dream be realised.”
